Hay Señor,

Como te quiero,

eres mi amor,

estas en mi corazón.

Hay, Hay, Hay Señor!

Siempre me cuidas 

con tanta gracia.

Me besas con labios suavecitos,

Hay, Hay, Hay Señor!

Hay Señor  

Como te quiero,

eres mi amor.

No mas tenemos una problema,

piensas que sabes todo,

que eres perfecto,

Pero…No!

Hay Señor,

No tienes que hablar

Porque yo ya se la verdad

No te preocupes mi amor

Waves roll over glass,

Frosting, softening edges,

Creating beauty.

Words

Words are my food

for everything, that is me.

Not just for talking,

but reaching souls

who are open 

to new ideas and 

can be reflective

to agree to disagree

without anger,

but respect

of what I may say.

Respect and differences

are needed to grow, 

to care, 

and then advancement can be made 

for our humanity.

Advocate for Suicide Prevention

My beautiful son died from suicide. It has been 13 years.  I am writing a book about my grief journey and hope to help others learn how a suicide affects family and friends forever.

"Empower Yourself with Clarity" is the 

talk I give  people as a professional speaker to show people how to manage their life. A simple process that becomes powerful, because only you are allowed to go through the process by yourself, therefore, allows you to be free to be objective without worrying about others. The truth is within you and you are the key to change.

I have also created a play called,

"Flashback" .  It is a play that shows my son's life growing up  and then a conversation with my son, now that he is gone.  It is a very powerful play that shows the devastation  of a mother's pain that is never

ending grief in her life.
